Can you give me the url to your site?

Are you using another character encoding in Joomla than the standard iso-8859-1? In that case, you need to download the additional fonts, unzip them in the PrettyPDF installation directory and configure PrettyPDF to use your character encoding.

Let me know if this helps.

Can you use the entity replacements like í and ó?

A full list can be found here: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_entities.asp.

In the meantime, I'll check the code and see if some transformation is done or skipped.

I try changing the character with the entities, but when i save the article, the changes do not take effect. Is the same thing. Maybe i can change some lines on the php of PrettyPDF, in order that when i generates the pdf Joomla PrettyPDf recognizes the characters and changes them with entities. Thanks again.

I'll sent you a new version of PrettyPDF where it must have been solved, so you can test it.

It'll be solved in v1.6.10
