Hi Joomlaatwork team!

your patch is just great - works perfectly for me. I bought it a few months ago. Now I see that the recent download version has some changes in it. So some files are dated to 24 of sept. 2007. My "old" installation files all are dated to the 29th of august 07.

So my simple question:

What did you change?

Thank you in advance for an answer!
Greetings,
Felix

Some minor changes (textual) and a minor bug-fix in regards of content items for the 1.013 release where no category and section names was not included within the SQL query.

No new functionalities where added...

Hi Richard,

tnx for your reply! Hmm, I'm using 1.0.13 - so I could / should update my SEF patch extended.

How to do this the best way? Just replace the old files with the news ones? I don't want to loose my metas Wink

Tnx for a short comment on this  Cheesy

Felix

If you don't use this data you don't need to update since it's a small change. Otherwise:

- save your configuration file of the component.
- deinstall the component
- replace the configuration file
- make a small changes into the configuration settings of the custom META fields and SAVE (the settings will be then applied to the template files)
- undo the small changes into the configuration settings from the previous step and SAVE (your settings will be applied again).

Note the last 2 steps are necessary. The META assigned to the content elements self are not lost since these are stored in the several records and not store in the component self.

If you have made custom URL assignment you need to backup the table and restore it afterwards.

Regards,

Richard
