EMERGENCY!

I can’t get the page title to work for the home page of http://www.beyondquotes.com .   I have SEF Patch Installed.  When I go to main menu and in put a title (in both places), it works for one page load and then stops working.  Nothing I can think to do can fix this.  I’m totally at a loss, and this is killing my rankings.  I have done nothing to mess with it, but for some reason it stopped working.  Help GREATLY appreciated.

Did you put the [TITLE] within the Global configuration -> SEO tab title settings? Also are you using RC4?

I've checked your site. Did you put the[TITLE] tag within the frontpage title? This is the wrong place it should be within the global configuration..... Please let me know.
