How is this software any different than PDT?

or is the same thing...just re packaged?

cause I really don't see any significant reason to buy this since PDT is the exact same thing (except a bigger development team...probably)...

It's has included the PDT package + several other packages and we have included also XAMPP within the installation and the JRE runtime. When installed you can actual direct starting developing ....
