Installation file too big

I'm trying to install PrettyPDF, but I'm getting the following error: There was an error uploading this file to the server.

I presume it's because the file size is bigger than 2mb. Could you please let me know how to manually install PrettyPDF?

You can unzip the zip-file locally on your computer and then upload the files to your server using ftp or sftp into a temporary directory (for example /tmp/prettypdf).

Now you can install PrettyPDF using "Install from Directory", which is the second installation option provided in Joomla 1.5.
