I uninstalled the jreCache and sef patch improperly, site is not surfable

I purchased 2 components from youJRE Cache accelerator version 1.0b, and SEF patch extended.  I did this along time ago, and my site at that time was 1.0.12 I think.  Anyways, I am not even sure I upgraded the components, but my site is now at 1.0.15.  Today, I thought I would upgrade it finally to 1.5.14 and  so I was uninstalling stuff.  I did not restore the original files prior to uninstalling the jreCashe, and I don't even remember uninstalling the SEF patch.  NOW, that I have looked at the total process up the upgrade. It will take me a wee bit to get all the components I need for the upgrade of Joomla.  I have had this error going on 10 hours now, my site is still at Joomla 1.0.15, and I have tried rolling it back, and the database as well.  I still get this error.  I am begging anyone here, to help me get rid of this component or show me how to reinstall it.. sigh.. below are the errors, and btw, I do not have a folder named com_sefpatch. 

I now see jreCache in the back end, so do I reinstall patch files or restore original  joomla files??

I finally was able to roll back the site far enough along to get it where I could re install the patch files... sigh... so sorry to bug you all but it was driving me mad...lol
