Patch Crashing

Hi

I just uploaded the sef patch via ftp, (the free one)I put all the files in the root folder, went to look at the site and got this:

Warning: require_once(/home/jamie/public_html/libraries/joomla/import.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/jamie/public_html/includes/framework.php on line 42

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/jamie/public_html/libraries/joomla/import.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/jamie/public_html/includes/framework.php on line 42

So I thought oh! I will just ftp the undo patch and all will be well - but nothing has changed - still the same error! I am using joomla 1.5.9

Any ideas folks would be appreciated!

Have you check the file permissions of the uploaded files? This because the undo files are the original Joomla files.

Thanks for the reply I have set the permissions to 775 still no luck, Would the paid version sort this issue?

The paid version doesn't alter main core php files. Only some xml files and can be installed through the Joomla installer.

Still strange these errors, have you tried this on another environment (for example a local development environment)?
