Error when installing.

Hey,
I have a error when i install joomla on my website.
The whole installation went well but when i finished it gives this error : Warning: file_put_contents() failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\Websites\granhomi.nl\httpdocs\libraries\joomla\utilities\compat\php50x.php on line 70.
Now i dont know what to do.
I searched for this error and i saw a solution here : http://www.joomlatwork.com/forum/index.php?topic=1576.0
I have exactly the same error but the link is down. Can someone give me a other solution please.

Please place this kind of questions on the joomla.org forum. This is not related to the JRE cache and could be caused by several issues.
