SEF patch 1.5 Paid Patch not working

This is the forth site site I've installed the patch on - and have not had a problem

I have just installed on another site. The installation went fine, but it is simply not working. Titles are not changing. This is when I work directly with the page through the Article manager. It also does not work when I use the patch's URL repository, or content repository.

No errors or other problems. It simply isn't working.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

After pulling my hair out for hours, the problem was revealed. It was a conflict with another component, sh404SEF. It's SEO functions needed to be disabled.
