I installed SEF Patch on Joomla 1.5.20 a few months ago and when the latest Joomla version 1.5.21 was released I directly upgraded. Now I can't login to my Joomla admin area even if I reset the password from phpMyAdmin.

Was I suppose to only upgrade the Joomla using Joolatwork SEF patch when they release the version that is compatible with 1.5.21?

What is the best course of action to take to solve this issue?

I have backed up my site before upgrading it but if there is easier way to resolve this issue I would avoid rolling back.

The sefpatch is not causing this issue. The files only adjust the frontend and only have affect on the META data and titles. Advice is to check the joomla forum about this issue.
