PHP Development Studio v2.0 free edition is discontinued.

To download the basis PHP IDE which was used for the PHP Development Studio Pro 3.0, please download it from the Eclipse PHP Development Tool project site.

Use the PDT All-in-One download for most convenient installation.

Note that in addition you will need a Java runtime environment 5 (JRE 5) to use All-in-One package, do not use JRE6 (also called Java 1.6)!
